over 30 years of experience. Dr. Pham served as a Lieutenant Colonel – Medical Doctor
performing vision check & eye surgery for U.S. Air Force generals and pilots and she is
currently the Medical Director at American Eye Center with the ability to communicate
fluently in both Vietnamese and English.
