Direct Billing Process

• 1. Book an Appointment

  Please schedule an appointment in advance via hotline (028) 3519 1111 (Crescent Plaza) or 028 7301 6758 (Sunwah Pearl)

• 2. Prepare Documents

  Bring your insurance card, a letter of introduction from the insurance company (if applicable), and identification documents (ID card/Citizen ID/Passport).

• 3. Visit the Clinic

  Arrive on time and inform the receptionist that you are using the direct billing service. Our staff will assist you in verifying your insurance benefits.

• 4. Examination and Treatment

  Once the paperwork is complete, you will be examined and treated by our specialists according to professional protocols.

• 5. Complete the Process

  After the examination and treatment, you will be guided to finalize the direct billing procedures. The clinic will settle directly with the insurance company. If there are any costs not covered by insurance, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
