Áp Lực Công Việc Là Gì? Làm Thế Nào Để Vượt Qua Áp Lực?

These are common symptoms of Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS), and we hear them every day from patients. In daily life, both children and adults use computers throughout the day for work, school, and web surfing. Sometimes, people spend hours in front of the computer screen, causing their eyes to dry and overwork the eyes’ focusing muscles.

By making sure you are wearing the proper eyeglasses prescription, and treating dry eyes and allergies, your eyes can be more healthy and comfortable.

Some tips on what you can do:

  • Position your monitor so the top of the screen is either at, or slightly below your eye level, and adjust the display to avoid glare.

  • Use a document holder that displays document at the same height as your computer screen.

  • Every 20 minutes, focus on an object at a 20 feet distance for at least 20 seconds. This can help relax your eye’s focusing muscles.

  • Use artificial tears eye drops regularly to soothe your eyes which often dry out while using the computer.

  • Direct fans away from your face and eyes.

  • Increase humidity in your work area with a bowl of water nearby.
